Located in the rolling hills of Rosedale, this Rosedale Farm is in the southern part of the Barossa Valley within South Australia. Melinga Farm has moderate weather conditions. Our Black Angas steers enjoy the good life in small herds on healthy pastures. 

From our Rosedale farm we also sell organically grown, extra virgin Olive Oil. We hand pick our Colonial variety Olives in April/May depending on season.

Our organic methods include using composting worm byproducts. We sell composting worms and a liquid organic plant booster. We also grow and supply red wine grapes for a Barossa Valley winery.
