We hand pick our olives from the old Colonial Olive trees on our farm in April or May, depending on the season. As the olives are early picked they have an intense flavour oil.

When they are taken to the crushing facility they produce a grassy/peppery flavoured oil, with varied intensities according to the seasons.

As our Olive Oil is cold pressed and “extra virgin” it is most favourable for use on salads and with Dukkah, and of course cooking.
